| David Shaw's sculpture recognizes the sprit of science within the field of nature or, as it may also be appreciated, the sprit of nature within the field of science. The buzz of this unspecified evolution seems purposeful, humming out their peaceful coexistence. Fluttering lights, altared spaces, and stuttering forums celebrate paths to and from. Entering their diagram-like recording or recoding of self-awareness, time conflates or explodes depending on the mind game of choice. Playful intentions entrance deeper concerns. As a viewer of this work, I make myself a shaman transforming matter and examining etheric patterns. Being blank, drinking with my eyes, I understand in a glimpse. I near the here after. |  |
